So when you next go for a jog or a walk take a friend along and you can help your local campaign by distributing some of our pamphlets in letterboxes around your neighbourhood. You can also email or share the pamphlets wih friends and family online.

5 easy steps that you can do to help:

Download the pamphlet you want to share with your neighbourhood.
Make sure to check you've included your authorisation "Printed by [your name and address]" details on all your fliers.
Print or xerox enough copies.
Share online or attach the file in an email and send it off to your friends.
Contact your local campaign and let them know where youv've letterboxed.
